Shipping Policy

  • Prepaid orders are Delivered (All over India Shipping).
  • Mainly across India, even covering small villages, towns, districts & major cities.
  • Usually Takes 2 Days to deliver in Major Cities, 3 Days to Districts, 4-6 Days to Small Backward areas.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be initiated according to the Cancellation Policy.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched and it will take about 3-4 additional days for it to reach you depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.
  • Normally for orders placed before 1 PM on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed.
  • During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  • The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
  • You will be notified by us the product is recently marked as “Out of Stock“, then it’s completely on the user to request for Refunds or Wait till the items get available.
  • In case the customer chooses India Post as Shipping Option:
  • We are not sure about the time of delivery.
  • We are not liable for any kind of damage while in Transit.
  • We are not liable for it’s Tracking as India Post doesn’t provide Live status updates for the shipments.
  • In other words, the customer will choose India Post as the Shipping option at Own Risk.
  • Note: We have all the rights to ship the multiple orders from the same customer if any of the orders are yet to be shipped.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

  • The returns would be acceptable only if the mentioned conditions will satisfy:
  • A product should be packed well with all in-the-box accessories as delivered.
  • Quality-check signed mark along with the Order id must be clearly visible on the product.
  • The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged, Product should be unused, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (if any) should be present.
  • Send it back to the address provided (will be shared by our support team) at the time of returns.
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Returns under any unforeseen reasons (through customers) will be accepted for orders amounts above Rs. 250
  • Not accepting shipment at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
  • Shipping address out-of-bounds at the time of delivery. (It should be picked up from the destination courier office)
  • Customer Unavailability at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
  • Future Delivery requested at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
  • For any products for which a refund or replacement is to be given, the refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received.

General Rules for a Successful Return

  • In general, the items applicable to the returns will be refunded accordingly.
  • While accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted delivery, no return request will be processed. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Sometimes, we may require the Account Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
  • We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  • All refunds will be partial (order processing charges and other online charges) will be deducted.
